Parents often call us before their student ever does. We make that easy: you tell us what’s needed, we coordinate access with your student or the leasing office, and you get photos of the finished job and a simple invoice. No need to fly in for move-out weekend.

Can I book and pay as a parent?
Yes — most of our student jobs are booked by parents. We send the confirmation, photos and invoice to you, and coordinate access with your student or the leasing office. Our founder has been that out-of-town parent herself.
Can you clean just my room and bathroom?
Yes. In shared apartments we can clean one bedroom and bathroom on its own, or include the kitchen and common areas.
Which complexes do you work in?
All over Gainesville — the Archer Road and SW 20th Avenue areas, Midtown and near campus, Butler area, and the complexes out toward Tower Road and Newberry Road.
