Good Heart Homes cleaning service is excellent. Jeannette makes sure that cleaning is done thoroughly. We have a bedroom 2 bathroom house and it takes them about 3h to do our house. The cleaning personel is very professional and nice. They paid attention to every detail, leaving our home spotless and fresh. Their friendly attitude and dedication to doing an excellent job is impressive. I highly recommend them.
Jeanette and her team did an absolutely fantastic job. I moved into a unit that was not at all ready to be moved into and they did a complete 180 and left the place spotless. Would recommend to anyone in the Gainesville area!

Yes, as much as possible. Our team is small, so your home is usually cleaned by the same people every visit, and our family checks in regularly.
Do I have to be home?
No. Many clients give us a door code, lockbox or key. We note your entry instructions in our system and text you when we arrive and when we’re done.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Of course. Just text us at least 24 hours ahead — rescheduling is free with that much notice, and we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.
