I recently had the pleasure of using Good Heart Homes for house cleaning services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Jeannette, the owner, was absolutely amazing, personable and compassionate. After traveling nonstop for work, my home had become overwhelming, and during our initial consultation, she allowed me to express my feelings and even cried on her shoulder without judgement. Within the same week, Jeannette and her team arrived and worked wonders! Despite not offering laundry services, they helped me organize and put away mountains of clean clothes. When I walked into my home afterward, it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Their services exceeded my expectations, and I felt completely safe having them in my home. They were honest and didn’t try to overcharge, which I truly appreciated. I am incredibly grateful to Jeannette and Good Heart Homes for everything they did, and I will definitely be reaching out to them again!

Good Heart Homes cleaning service is excellent. Jeannette makes sure that cleaning is done thoroughly. We have a bedroom 2 bathroom house and it takes them about 3h to do our house. The cleaning personel is very professional and nice. They paid attention to every detail, leaving our home spotless and fresh. Top notch company that will bend over backwards to accommodate changes in schedules etc. They’re cleaning is very thorough and are always asking for feedback if anything ever gets missed (which almost never happens). My house looks and smells better than new after every cleaning. Can’t recommend them enough!

If you are reading this, it means you are looking for a good cleaner, and I had a wonderful experience with Jeanette and her Good Heart Homes team. I’ve had a few cleaners out, and Jeanette’s work was superior to anything I’ve previously experienced. When Jeanette brought me to see the back rooms they’d cleaned, I immediately felt the difference, then she showed me photos of some of the details they’d taken care of, like vacuuming the slats on the closet, and using cr to shine the fixtures in the bathroom. But the main thing I noticed was that the house felt wonderful when they were done, and it still does. I hope to use this service again.
I also want to mention how nice Jeanette is. I was just very, very happy to have her and her team in my home and that’s saying a lot.
I know you will really enjoy working with her and can highly, highly recommend.

Hired Good Heart Homes for a last minute move out clean and Jeannette and her team did an amazing job! They were prompt, responsive, professional and thorough – and Jeannette was genuinely kind and caring and really cares about her clients. Good Heart Homes went above and beyond and I received before and after photos so I could send them to my landlord. They cleaned all the usual places and scrubbed the wood floors until they were shiny...but they really surprised me and cleaned the blinds, the cabinets and behind the washer and dryer (so grateful since they were really dusty and dirty)! I’ve moved dozens of times and have hired dozens of cleaners and Good Heart Homes is by far one of the very best. Ten out of ten would recommend – worth every penny!!

Jeannette and her helper did a wonderful job deep cleaning my house! When I say they cleaned every square inch of my house I wouldn’t be lying! They even removed stains from my bathroom and kitchen counters that I thought would never come out. They were there all day, which was in itself a huge value for the cost, and even did a little rearranging of furniture that I wasn’t sure how to arrange. They were prompt in their responses, came right on time, and did the job EXACTLY how they said they would. I am so happy I found out about them through Nextdoor and would definitely have them back and refer them to my friends!
