Will this get my deposit back?
We can’t control what a landlord decides, but we clean to the standard move-out inspections look for and send dated photos. Many clients forward those photos directly to their property manager.
Can you come on short notice?
Often, yes. Last-minute move-outs are something we handle every week. Late July and early August are the exception — Gainesville’s lease turnover rush — so book early.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many move-outs happen after the keys are handed over. We can coordinate with you or your property manager for access.
