Privacy policy
Last updated September 26, 2026. The short version: we use your information only to answer you and serve your home, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect what you type into the form — typically your name, phone number, email, address or zip code, details about your home and the cleaning you need, and any notes. We also record which page you sent it from and, if you tell us, how you found us.
When you become a client, we keep the information needed to schedule and invoice your cleanings, including entry instructions you give us (such as door or lockbox codes). Those are visible only to our office staff and to the cleaners assigned to your visit.
How we use it
- To reply to you by phone, text or email about your request.
- To schedule, perform and invoice your cleanings, and send reminders you’ve asked for.
- To ask for feedback or a review after a cleaning (you can always say no).
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t use it for anyone else’s marketing.
Your client page and job photos
Clients can have a private page — reached through a long, random link we send you — that shows your upcoming visits, an arrival estimate on cleaning days, photos our crew took of the work, and your invoices. The first time the page is opened on a new phone or computer, it asks for the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file; that device then remembers it until you choose “Forget this device” at the bottom of the page. After several wrong tries the link is paused for an hour. Please don’t share your link; we can replace it at any time, and the old one stops working immediately.
The arrival estimate is calculated from our own schedule and time clock. It never shows where our crew is, and your page never shows anything about other clients’ homes. Job photos are stored in a private folder that can only be opened through links that expire. Our office can remove any photo, and we’ll delete your photos whenever you ask.
Cleaner location at clock-in
Our cleaners use a time-clock app that records their location only at the moment they clock in and out of a job, to confirm the visit happened at the right address. It does not track anyone between those moments, and those locations are never shown to clients.
Cookies & analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visit statistics, they are used only to understand which pages are helpful.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests that don’t become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Client and invoice records are kept as long as needed for our business and tax records.
